PARTICIPATION: Sweepstakes begins September 1st, 2009 and concludes on December 31, 2009 and is open to all residents of Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Glades and Hendry County, except employees and immediate family members of WRXK, BBGI, their agencies and anyone involved in this contest's production, development or handling. Entrants who reside outside the designated area may enter the contest, but are not eligible to win prizes. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to release, discharge and hold harmless WRXK, BBGI, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers from all claims and damages arising out of entrant's participation in this contest and/or use/acceptance of any prizes. TO ENTER: On the Internet, navigate to www.96KROCK.com and select the WRXK PALM CHEVY PUNTA GORDA FOOTBALL CHALLENGE link on the home page. TO ENTER & WIN YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2009. After accepting the rules, provide all of the information requested on the Official Entry Form, and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. A password and game access link will be sent to the email address contained in your entry form. You may also enter the contest each week by placing your selections on a 3x5-inch index card and mailing it to: WRXK PALM CHEVY PUNTA GORDA FOOTBALL CHALLENGE, 20125 S. TAMIAMI TRAIL ESTERO, FL 33928. Deadlines for submissions on the Internet will be one hour prior to the first game of the week. All winning entries will be posted on the WRXK PALM CHEVY PUNTA GORDA FOOTBALL CHALLENGE web page. The contest is limited to one entry per person for each weekly drawing. In the case of multiple entries, the last received entry will be accepted and replace any earlier entries. Incorrect phone or email information will result in entrant's disqualification. BBGI, WRXK and its sponsors assume no responsibility for entries or mail that is lost, postage due, stolen, late, misdirected, incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors. If for any reason the Internet is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond the control of WRXK which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, WRXK reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. By taking part in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization.
SELECTION OF WINNERS/VALIDATION: Weekly Contest: Each week there will be a total of one (1) winner. The Winning entry will be determined by the highest number of correct winning teams for all of each week's NFL games. Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be decided by that week's last game (as listed on that week's picks entry form), as follows: The winner will be the entry whose total points is the closest to the actual game's total number of points (without going over the total). If a tie still exists, the winner(s) will be randomly selected from those in the tie. Grand Prize Contest: The contestant recording the most number of winning teams over the 17 weeks will be the Grand Prize winner. If a tie still exists, the winner(s) will be randomly selected from those in the tie. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries: or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received by WRXK on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. PRIZES & ODDS: Weekly Contest: One (1) winner will win an RESTAURANT GIFT CERTIFICATE (substitute prizes may used at discretion of WRXK.) The Grand Prize will be DON SHULA AUTOGRAPHED FOOTBALL if any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. Income taxes and other taxes, if any, are responsibility of winners. When required by law, the winner of any prize will receive an IRS form 1099 for the value of that prize, and that amount will be reported to the IRS. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. Income taxes and other taxes, if any, are responsibility of winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.

Incorrect daytime phone or email information will result in entrant's disqualification. CLAIMING PRIZES: Winners must pick up their prizes in person within 30 calendar days at the WRXK Offices, 20125 S. TAMIAMI TRAIL ESTERO, FL 33928 (239) 495-2100. Valid government issued picture ID and Social Security number will be required to claim any prize, and winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Compliance with these Official Rules and a Liability/Publicity Release or an alternate winner may be selected.
